 Bay Island Transport was established in 1974 following the purchase of its predecessor J&A Bay Island Carriers. Since then the company has worked tirelessly to ensure the residents and businesses of the Bay Islands have  access to all the transport and storage infrastructure they need, creating vital links with the mainland and keeping all services running smoothly.
 The company recognised an essential need for a professional, reliable transport specialist company in the area, which could be called on to act as freight carriers and provide essential moving services and warehousing solutions



INSURANCE INFORMATION
 
Our rates includes public liability and transit insurance for total loss. This means that if the vehicle is involved in an accident on the road, all of the goods in the rear of the vehicle are covered. Should you require insurance for individual items, we suggest contacting your existing home & contents insurer to discuss extending your cover to include the period of transport.
