  • Can you please advise the process for delivery of white goods to the islands. I am looking to purchase items online however they do not delivery to Island. Do you have a warehouse or delivery address the items can be delivered to in order for you to delivery to Macleay Island?

    The process for delivery of white goods, or any goods for that matter, to the Islands is easy!


    We pick up from all over Sth East Qld or alternatively you can have them delivered to our warehouse at:

  • I am tracking my item and it has says it has been delivered but I have not received it?

    Bay Island Transport sign on your behalf and then deliver it to your door promptly within 24-48 hours.

  • I need to get a parcel from the islands to an interstate address can you help?

  • I am looking at building on the islands, how do I get my building materials over?

    Here at Bay Island Transport we have a variety of sized trucks for your delivery needs including a Crane truck with a hiab. We pick up from all over South East Queensland or alternatively get it delivered to our depot (take advantage of free mainland delivery) and we will transport it quickly and efficiently.   • Are you fully insured? What insurances should I be looking for in a transport company?

    Yes, Bay Island Transport is fully insured. We have current and adequate insurance for all vehicles (comprehensive), public liability, workcover insurance, insurance to cover all customer goods while in our warehouse, and importantly marine transit insurance which covers our customers goods while in the back of our truck. All good transport companies should have ALL of these insurances.
